@HOME, our mission to transform lives is ambitious, and we can't do it alone. We're on the hunt for passionate individuals and organizations to help us make our vision a reality. Whether you have a specific skill to offer or just a heart full of compassion, there's a place for you here. Here's what we're currently looking for:

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Life Advisors: Provide guidance, support, and a listening ear to our families as they navigate their transformative journey. (6 positions available)

  • Receptionist: Be the friendly face and voice representing @HOME, assisting in daily administrative tasks and communications. (1 position available)

Board and Committee Positions

  • ​Board Committee Members: Lend your skills and expertise to one of our committees, helping steer the direction and execution of our initiatives. (always looking for committee members to join our board of directors)

​

Specialized Support

  • Nonprofit Attorney: Guide us in legal matters specific to nonprofits, ensuring we operate with integrity and within the boundaries of the law. (1 position available)

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA): Ensure our finances are transparent, accountable, and in line with regulations.

  • Financial Literacy Partners: Organizations or individuals proficient in financial education, join us to provide crucial courses to our families. (1 company or 1 single member team welcomed)

  • Mindset/Motivational Speakers: Inspire, uplift, and empower our families with mindset workshops and motivational sessions. (1 position available if you both, 2 positions if you only do 1 listed)

Donation Needs

  • Food & Clothes: Every bit helps. Contribute to our pantry and donation locker, ensuring our families' essential needs are met. (collecting on an ongoing basis)

  • Hotel Partnership: Provide temporary shelter as we work to give families a more permanent place to call home. (as many as we can get but will gladly just start out with 1 or 2)

  • Land & Building Resources: Assist in our vision of creating a tiny town community. (Tiny Towns by @HOME). Whether it's donating land, building materials, or expertise in constructing tiny homes (zoning and NC laws), we welcome your support and expertise.

  • Transportation: Donate a van, financially donate toward it, or support with transportation services to assist our families in getting to important appointments and engagements.
